Owensboro will celebrate the 117th Rowan Family Reunion in August, 2012.  The planning committee will be making preparation for the return of our family reunion to the place known best for its beginning.  Even though the first reunion was held at Sutherland Station, Kentucky  in 1896, Owensboro has been the host city for many years.  This return is expected to be as good as any and will certainly have something special for all in attendance.  I will update this page when more information is made available by the local planning committee.  For the time being, please mark your calenders to attend a "Home Coming" celebration of one hundred and seventeeth consecutive years of our family reunion.
